By accessing this website or engaging ERP SQL PRO INCfor services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.

We provide ERP software solutions, SQL database architecture, workflow automation, data integration, business intelligence, and related professional services. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement or statement of work.

You agree to provide accurate information, timely access to relevant systems and personnel, and any approvals reasonably required for us to perform our work. Delays in access may affect project timelines.

Fees are outlined in your engagement agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within thirty (30) days of receipt. Late payments may pause active work until the account is current.

Custom deliverables created specifically for you become your property upon full payment. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies used to deliver the work.

Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during an engagement and to use it solely for the purpose of delivering and receiving the contracted services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in the jurisdiction of our headquarters in Claremont, California.
