1. Our Commitment
ERP SQL PRO INC offers a 30-day refund policy on eligible paid engagements. If, within thirty (30) calendar days of your initial payment, you are not satisfied with the services delivered, you may request a refund for the portion of work that has not yet been started or delivered.
2. What Is Eligible
Refunds apply to prepaid fees for services that have not yet been performed or delivered at the time of your request. This includes undelivered project phases, unstarted consulting hours, and prepaid retainers not yet drawn down.
3. What Is Not Eligible
Work that has already been completed and delivered, custom development that has been deployed to your environment, and third-party costs incurred on your behalf (such as licensing fees) are non-refundable.
4. How To Request A Refund
To request a refund, contact us at admin@erpsqlproerpsqlpro.space within the 30-day window with your engagement details and the reason for your request. We may ask a few questions to ensure we have done everything possible to make the engagement successful first.
5. Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within ten (10) business days. You will receive written confirmation once your refund has been issued.
